Ordering and Payment

You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of your order. To check the status of your order, feel free to email us at sales@heightsfashion.com. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We are required to collect sales tax for any orders as required to comply with applicable laws. If sales tax is required on your order, it will be reflected at check out. Tracking information will be sent via email once a shipping label is created.

Returns and Exchanges

All merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery, as long as any original tags are still attached and packaging is included. Please contact us for return authorization and return details at returns@heightsfashion.com

Please use a trackable and insured shipping method. Heights Fashion is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records and allow approximately 1 week for processing (additional delays may occur.) You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment.

Any returns sent after the 30th day of original delivery will not be honored.

We will attempt to assists with exchanges when possible. Due to the unique nature of the items we sell this isn’t always possible, in which case a refund will be given upon return.
